2 vandalized my wall:
at least there are no metal barricades in the first sign lol. i remember an actual incident in one of the expressways in luzon where children used to throw stones from the bridge to the speeding cars that caused quite a commotion. as a result, there are now metal barricades that will prevent kids from doing so.
my feet tingled when i read about being thrown off the observation deck. yikes.
