one of the live attractions you'll see in times square is the guitar-toting "naked cowboy" clad only in a cowboy hat, boots and undies. he's been a regular fixture in times square that he even shows up in some NYC postcards! seriously!
to my surprise, it wasn't the hunky half-naked lad i saw in the middle of times square recently but an older lady in a skimpy two-piece american flag suit with fishnet stockings. i rather winced at this spectacle, thinking she's old enough to be anyone's grandmother. i can't imagine my own grandmother doing this in times square all day. i don't think the bills in her garter are enough to buy her something from starbucks.
