thank god it's labor day weekend!
we're driving to chicago tomorrow at midnight, so technically that's saturday morning. the 12-hour trip should take us there by saturday around noon. i'm sure it's going to be a field day for gastronomical delights (read: gluttonous opportunities) the whole time that we're there--eating, drinking and generally being merry with relatives.
i should be packing my weekender bag right now.
meanwhile, i got this elegant-looking legolas tapestry throw which was conveniently on sale at hot topic (seven bucks! gotta love the clearance aisle). ah, the intimacy we will share in bed when the autumn breeze creeps in...hehe.
