At the Vancouver Winter Olympics this Feb. 12-28, 2010, pigs won't fly--snowboarders will! This cool snow sport is featured on this new stamp illustrated by Steven McCracken and will be released today in Park City, Utah.
Never ventured to Vancouver yet. I'd love to go there when it's NOT snowing!

A beautiful stamp. Actually, I've visited Vancouver once, it was sunny and we spent a great time there at the terraces, in the park and along the beach. No show at all.
It is gorgeous stamp. I'm an unbelievably BAD skier. I love to go but stick to the bunny slopes. Even my 7 year old whooooshes past me on the slopes!
That's an interesting viewpoint on the stamp. I haven't been to Vancouver but did go skiing in Park City many years ago.

My nephew is a snowboarding fanatic and lives in Vancouver. I've no doubt he's gearing himself up for the Olympics already.
