road raves

road trips don't have to be a drag. with a sharp eye and an ever-ready camera, you can capture some interesting sights and signs on the highway. take my recent specimens from my trip to south carolina, for instance.

i call this photo, "faith and fedex." commercial truckers would normally have signs at the back that ask, "how is my driving?" this one, to my surprise, had a more "papa-do-preach" approach.

the signs read: "jesus died for your sins, are you living right for him?" and "do you know where you are going to spend eternity?" hopefully, not on the highway. i know i need my pee stops! haha.
