for lunch, my friends brought me to this small chinese place near UST to try their maki. it's my first time to eat this dish, because my idea of maki is a certain type of sushi. so the chinese maki is basically this soup thickened by corn starch, with bits of egg, soft pork, garlic and soy sauce. charlynn, my chinese friend, says it's supposed to have onions too. i'm going to ask her to teach me how to cook it. hehe. reeze, ton and me ate it with rice--and the bowl was filled to the brim with the hot soup. it was very filling...and it looks easy to make too.
