Writings on the Wall

finished reading the alchemist today. a very beautiful fable on pursuing one's "personal legend"...listening and speaking the language of the world...and some bits of biblical and moorish references scattered along the way. it kept saying that when a person wants something, all the universe conspires to make it happen.

ate a lot today. tried those "sloppy fries" at burger king, which are really just french fries poured with spaghetti sauce and melted cheese. then there's the ice cream float. and tonight at home after some heavy dinner, i ate up the rest of the ice cream in the fridge.
