found out from a mailing list that cartoonist hank ketcham, creator of the strip "dennis the menace", recently died of a heart attack at age 81. his cartoon strips were part of my childhood. i remember reading them in the comics page everytime we buy manila bulletin. i like his drawing style....his strip isn't actually a strip..because it only features one panel/square, unlike most strips. it's another time of mourning for the cartoon world.
